The second quilt in my Modern Vintage series features all linen upcycled fabrics. The backing fabrics are a heavier weight linen hand-dyed hot pink, while the appliqued pieces are a finer linen hand-dyed a very light lavender-pink. The hand quilting and embroidery were done in upcycled crochet cotton hand-dyed hot pink. The applique was hand done with light pink vintage cotton thread. This quilt can function as a lap quilt or large wall hanging at 50" x 50". The two detail shots show the most accurate version of the hot pink color.
