This coat was upcycled from a wholecloth quilt with a cotton outer and a polyester satin lining. I garment-dyed the coat after it was completed, so that the outside took the dye (a fiber-reactive dye that only binds to cellulose fiber fabrics) and became a lovely dark sea green, while the inside retains a soft blue color. All seams are bias bound with upcycled cotton fabric. The pockets are set into the side seam, generously sized and perfect for running errands or lounging around the house. Flat lay measurements are: 36" from armpit to armpit, 10" arm opening at shoulder and 30" from neck to hem.
